A private Singaporean investor acquires Harford House, a prominent property on Great Portland Street, London W1.
The asset was acquired from Oval Real Estate, advised by Colliers with Odyssey Partners/OPIM and Crossland Otter Hunt acting on behalf of the purchaser.
Harford House occupies a prime position in the heart of the West End, benefiting from strong connectivity, established occupier demand, and proximity to key amenities across Fitzrovia and Marylebone.
The acquisition reflects continued overseas investor confidence in well-located London commercial property, particularly assets offering long-term value and resilience.
Pleasure to work with Gregor Wallace and Avi Rosenfield to acquire this property on behalf of our client.
Andrew Bygrave, Managing Director of Odyssey Partners, commented:
“This acquisition represents a compelling opportunity for our client to secure a high-quality asset in one of London’s most established and liquid sub-markets. Great Portland Street continues to attract strong tenant demand, and we are pleased to have advised on a transaction that aligns with our client’s long-term investment strategy. Despite wider market uncertainty, we continue to see sustained interest from international investors targeting prime central London. The transaction further underlines the ongoing appeal of London real estate to private international capital.”
