ANDREW BYGRAVE
Andrew was born and raised in the UK. Andrew founded Odyssey Partners in 2010 to provide consultancy services to Institutions, Family Offices and High Net Worth’s in Asia, Australia and the UK.
Prior to Odyssey Partners, Andrew was Managing Director of Swisslake Capital Asia, Head of Institutional Business at MacarthurCook, Australia, Vice President at Deutsche Bank, Hong Kong and Vice President and legal counsel at Credit Suisse, Australia. Andrew has 17 years capital markets experience, with 15 years in Asia Pacific.
Andrew has successfully raised equity capital from the institutional market and private clients in Asia Pacific, structured, negotiated and executed various debt and equity transactions; including HK and Australian REITs, unlisted real estate funds/syndicates, US 144A securitisations and various derivative transactions.
Andrew graduated from the University of Middlesex, UK, LLB Hons; and completed further studies at The College of Law, UK, Sydney University, Australia and the College of Law, NSW, Australia. Andrew is admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
